With this legal subscription model, you have predictable rates for ongoing legal access. That means you can hop into office hours and ask your questions without incurring overwhelming legal fees. Plus, with multiple tiers and flexible payment frequencies, you can select a plan that fits you and your business.

There’s a three-month minimum commitment, but after that, you are free to cancel at any time.

We don’t want our LAP subscribers to leave, but we understand. Because this subscription includes access to digital products and courses, we cannot provide a full refund, but we will examine refunds on a case-by-case basis and determine the appropriate prorated amount based on the amount of time remaining before renewal.

It’s the closest thing to ongoing support, but it is not quite a retainer. A retainer is a down payment with certain guarantees, while a subscription pays for access to legal consultations and resources. The subscription fee is earned upon receipt, and certain tiers may include unique legal work/projects.

I’m so glad you asked. This is one of the best features of the plan. The points can be redeemed for either time or savings. Each point is worth 30 minutes or $200 towards a legal service not included in the plan. Points roll over, but expire after six months.

At the end of the day, you have to make the decision yourself, and we wholeheartedly encourage you to exercise your judgment and agency. While doing that, though, don’t forget a few things. What you don’t know can, in fact, hurt you. And we’ve seen it happen before. With access to legal professionals that you can call, you can be proactive and avoid some of the other pitfalls that could arise.

Another great question! If you need something that is not included in our LAP services, you can request it as an additional service. As a LAP subscriber, you can use exclusive savings based on your subscription tier. You can also apply your points towards the total additional cost.
